I currently have a huge collection of comics and have tried a few other applications but so far YACReader has been able to do the job wonderfully! I recommend you give this a try as the PC version is free to anyone and the mobile goes for $1.99. The new search engine is much powerful than before. A new iOS build is needed though, it will be ready once 9.8.0 is released.
